We recently spent an amazing (and very long) day with the tireless, talented and inspirational Matt at the Welbeck Bakehouse last week. We wanted to refresh our patisserie skills and get some tricks from a masterful baker.
We made a huge variety of patisserie and sweet doughs, trying out our new rolling, shaping and baking skills while getting tips about equipment and bakery set-up which will serve us well as we finally get our co-op into action (and your mouths and bellies full of delicious goodies).
